User Ownership

Submission of content does not transfer ownership to IDEVYA unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Platform License

No Legal Protection Guarantee

IDEVYA does not provide:

Users acknowledge that:

• Publicly listed ideas may be viewed by other users.
• Similar ideas may independently exist or be developed by others.
• Platform timestamps and records do not guarantee legal ownership rights.
• Users remain responsible for protecting confidential information.

IDEVYA does not guarantee protection against idea duplication, imitation, or independent development.

IDEVYA may use artificial intelligence systems and third-party AI providers to generate:

• Market demand indicators
• Competition analysis
• Summaries
• Categorization
• Valuation estimates
• Recommendations

Users acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are informational only.
• AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
• AI-generated content is not professional, legal, financial, investment, marketing, or business advice.

All decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

The Platform may provide AI-generated idea valuations or estimated prices.

Users acknowledge that:

• Is not a funding institution.
• Is not a venture capital firm.
• Does not guarantee funding or partnerships.

Users are solely responsible for conducting due diligence before entering into any business relationship.

IDEVYA may offer or facilitate software, web, mobile, product, or technical development services.

Users acknowledge that:

• Project outcomes depend on many factors.
• Timelines may vary.
• Requirements may evolve.
• Commercial success cannot be guaranteed.

IDEVYA does not guarantee profitability, user adoption, or business success.

IDEVYA may provide marketing, branding, and brand naming assistance.

Users acknowledge that:

Users are responsible for conducting appropriate legal reviews before commercial use.

IDEVYA acts solely as a platform provider.

IDEVYA is not a party to:

• Purchases
• Investments
• Partnerships
• Development contracts
• Marketing agreements
• Licensing arrangements

Users are solely responsible for evaluating opportunities and entering agreements.

Users may not:

• Submit false or fraudulent information
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious software
• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Engage in abusive behavior
• Impersonate individuals or organizations
• Use the Platform for illegal activities
• Manipulate AI systems or platform functionality

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Users acknowledge that:

IDEVYA is not responsible for outages, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party providers.

IDEVYA may suspend or terminate accounts where:

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary.

Following account deletion:

• Personal information may be deleted or anonymized.
• Certain records may be retained for legal, security, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and operational purposes.
• Retained records may include submission identifiers, timestamps, marketplace records, and transaction logs.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

IDEVYA makes no warranties regarding:

• Availability
• Commercial success
• Marketplace outcomes
• AI-generated analysis

Use of the Platform is at the user's own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDEVYA shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of revenue
• Business interruption
• Lost opportunities
• Idea duplication
• Failed investments
• Failed partnerships
• Marketplace disputes
• AI inaccuracies
• Indirect or consequential damages

Users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with online platforms and innovation marketplaces.

IDEVYA may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
